Text

A petition for incorporation may be withdrawn at any time before the 30th day preceding the day of the election held pursuant to NRS 266.029 if a notice of withdrawal signed by at least four members of the committee is filed with the county clerk. Upon filing the notice of withdrawal, no further action may be taken on the petition for incorporation.
