Text
Except for a request from a governmental entity pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 247.560 or in response to an order of a federal or state court pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 247.560, a county recorder may deny a request for confidential information if the county recorder reasonably believes that the information may be used in an unauthorized manner.
