Text

1. A county recorder shall:

(a)Except as otherwise provided in NRS 247.145 , record deeds of conveyances and judgments vesting or perfecting title in the United States; and
(b)Provide one certified copy of the official record to the interested government representative. 2. A county recorder shall not charge fees for the services required by this section.
