The board of county commissioners shall declare vacant the office of every county officer, except the office of district judge, required by law to execute an official bond, whenever a final judgment shall be obtained against such officer for a breach of the conditions of such bond, or whenever such officer shall be finally convicted of a felony, or any offense involving a violation of the officer’s official oath.
