The provisions of the Nevada Ethics in Government Law, chapter 281A of NRS, do not prohibit any county officer from purchasing the warrants of the State or of any other county, or to prevent any county officer from selling or transferring such warrants or scrip as the county officer may receive for his or her services, but none other.
