The board of county commissioners of any county proceeding under the provisions of NRS 244A.597 to 244A.655, inclusive, is authorized to advance such money to the board as may be necessary to pay the preliminary organization, administration and engineering costs thereof, including bond elections as provided in NRS 244A.597 to 244A.655, inclusive, on such terms of repayment as may be agreed upon, and the county is authorized to secure the necessary money in the manner provided by law authorizing medium-term obligations.
