Text
As used in NRS 244.354 to 244.3548, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “assembly” means a company of persons gathered together for any purpose at any location, other than in a permanent building or permanent installation, which has been constructed for and will accommodate the number of persons gathered therein.
