Text

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, in accordance with the ordinance adopted pursuant to NRS 244.353545 , a board of county commissioners or its designee may:

(a)Suspend or revoke any authorization issued pursuant to NRS 244.35356 for any violation of the ordinance;
(b)Impose a civil penalty on the holder of an authorization or an accommodations facilitator for a violation of any provision of the ordinance in accordance with the schedule of civil penalties set forth in the ordinance; and
(c)Impose a civil penalty or fine on a person who makes available a residential unit or a room within a residential unit without holding an authorization issued pursuant to NRS 244.35356 in accordance with the schedule of civil penalties or fines set forth in the ordinance, if any. 2. A boa
