Text
1. Every person who makes available for rent a residential unit or a room within a residential unit for the purposes of transient lodging in a county must hold:
(a)An authorization issued pursuant to NRS 244.35356 by the board of county commissioners of the county in which the transient lodging is located or its designee; and
(b)A state business license.
2. The authorization and the state business license held by the person must be displayed in the residential unit and both the authorization number assigned by the county and the business identification number assigned by the Secretary of State pursuant to chapter 76 of NRS must be included in any listing or advertisement for the rental of the residential unit or a room within the residential unit, including any listing or advertisement c
