1.Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a nonprofit corporation formed pursuant to NRS 244.197 has the powers set forth in NRS 82.121 and 82.131 .
2.A nonprofit corporation formed pursuant to NRS 244.197 shall not exercise the powers set forth in subsection 1, 2, 5 or 7 of NRS 82.131 .
