Text

There shall be a county, to be known as Humboldt County, to include all that part of the Territory of Nevada within the boundaries described, as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Storey County; thence running easterly along the Immigrant Road leading to the Sink of the Humboldt, to the 40th degree; thence east along the line to the eastern boundary of the Territory of Nevada; thence north along the eastern boundary to the northern boundary of the Territory of Nevada; thence west along the boundary line to the northeastern corner of Lake County; thence south along the boundary lines of Lake and Washoe Counties to the point of beginning.
