Text
1.All equipment of an agency or elected state officer which is owned or leased by the State must be under the managerial control of the Office, except the equipment of the agencies and officers specified in subsection 2 of NRS 242.131 .
2.The Office may permit an agency which is required to use such equipment to operate it on the agency’s premises.
