Text
A person registered as an electronic notary public pursuant to NRS 240.181 to 240.206, inclusive, may perform the following electronic notarial acts for a person who requests the electronic notarial act and tenders any authorized fee:
1.Taking an acknowledgment;
2.Executing a jurat;
3.Administering an oath or affirmation;
4.Certifying a true and correct copy; and
5.Performing such other duties as prescribed by law.
