Text
1.The Office may be substituted as the contracting party for a state agency in existing agreements entered into by the agency respecting shared facilities for communications. If substituted, the Office succeeds to all the rights and obligations of the substituted agency created by the agreement.
2.The Office may collect and receive fees due on those agreements and any other agreements the Office enters pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. All these fees must be deposited in the Fund for Information Services created pursuant to NRS 242.211 and used by the Office to defray the costs of the state communications system.
3.All gifts of money which the Office is authorized to accept must be deposited in the Fund for Information Services and used for the purpose specified by the donor o
