Text
All state agencies shall provide the Chief with any information which the Chief requests for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this chapter except where the disclosure of such information is expressly prohibited by law, and otherwise cooperate and assist to the maximum extent possible in the development and joint use of the state communications system.
