1. The Department of Business and Industry is hereby created. 2. The Department consists of a Director and the following:

(a)Consumer Affairs Unit within the Office of the Director.

(b)Division of Financial Institutions.

(c)Housing Division.

(d)Real Estate Division.

(e)Division of Insurance.

(f)Division of Industrial Relations.

(g)Office of Labor Commissioner.

(h)Taxicab Authority.

(i)Office of the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers.

(j)Nevada Transportation Authority.

(k)Division of Mortgage Lending.

(l)Office of Nevada Boards, Commissions and Councils Standards.

(m)Any other office, commission, board, agency or entity created or placed within the Department pursuant to a specific statute, the budget approved by the Legislature or an executive order, or an entity whose budge
