The divisions of the Department, in the performance of their official duties, may share information in their possession amongst themselves which is otherwise declared confidential by statute, if the confidentiality of the information is otherwise maintained under the terms and conditions required by law. The divisions of the Department may share confidential information with agencies of local governments which are responsible for the collection of debts or obligations or for aiding the Department in its official duties if the confidentiality of the information is otherwise maintained under the terms and conditions required by law.
