Text
1. The Department of Health and Human Services is hereby created. 2. The Department consists of a Director and the following divisions:
(a)Aging and Disability Services Division.
(b)Division of Public and Behavioral Health.
(c)Division of Welfare and Supportive Services.
(d)Division of Child and Family Services.
(e)Division of Health Care Financing and Policy.
3. The Department is the sole agency responsible for administering the provisions of law relating to its respective divisions.
