Text
In performing his or her duties, the Director shall not interfere with the functions of any other state agencies, but those agencies shall, from time to time, on reasonable request, furnish the Director with data and other information from their records bearing on the objectives of the Department. The Director shall avail himself or herself of records and assistance of such other state agencies as might make a contribution to the work of the Department.
