Text

1. The Office shall adopt regulations prescribing:

(a)The application form and procedure for certification as a local emerging small business; and

(b)The forms for the reports required pursuant to NRS 332.201 , 333.177 and 338.1427 . 2. The Office may adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 231.1401 to 231.1408 , inclusive.
