Text
Except as otherwise provided by law, in performing their duties, the Executive Director of the Office of Economic Development and the Administrator of the Nevada Film Office shall not interfere with the functions of any other state agencies, but those agencies shall, from time to time, on request, furnish the Executive Director with data and other information from their records bearing on the objectives of the Office of Economic Development. The Executive Director shall avail himself or herself of records and assistance of such other state agencies as in the opinion of the Governor or Executive Director might make a contribution to the work of the Office of Economic Development.
