Text
If the Attorney General has reason to believe that a person has violated any of the provisions of NRS 228.500 to 228.640, inclusive, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the Attorney General may institute an appropriate legal proceeding against the person in a court of competent jurisdiction.
