To the extent consistent with federal law: 1. The registry is not a public record. Any list published of the telephone numbers contained within the registry is not a public record. 2. The telephone numbers in the registry must not be published or released except pursuant to the provisions of NRS 228.500 to 228.640 , inclusive. 3. The information in the registry other than the telephone numbers:

(a)Must not be published or released; and
(b)May only be used by the Attorney General to administer the provisions of NRS 228.500 to 228.640 , inclusive.
