Text
1. “Telephone solicitor” means a person who makes or causes another person or a machine to make an unsolicited telephone call for the sale of goods or services. 2. As used in this section:
(a)“Device for automatic dialing and announcing” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 597.812 .
(b)“Machine” includes, without limitation, a device for automatic dialing and announcing.
