1. There is hereby created a revolving account for the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the sum of $7,500, which must be used for the payment of expenses relating to conducting an undercover investigation of a person who is allegedly engaging in a deceptive trade practice or violating any provision of NRS 487.6871 to 487.6897 , inclusive. 2. The Consumer’s Advocate shall deposit the money in the revolving account in a bank or credit union qualified to receive deposits of public money as provided by law, and the deposit must be secured by a depository bond satisfactory to the State Board of Examiners. 3.
