Text
If the State Treasurer shall willfully neglect or refuse to perform any duty enjoined by law, or, by color of his or her office, shall knowingly do any act not authorized by law, or in any other manner than is authorized by law, the State Treasurer shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be further punished as provided in NRS 197.230.
