Text

1. The Governor may, on behalf of this State, enter into mutual or reciprocal aid agreements or compacts with other states or the Federal Government, either on a statewide or political subdivision basis. Prior to committing the personnel, equipment or facilities of any political subdivision of this State, the Governor shall consult with and obtain the approval of the law enforcement executive and the chief executive of each of the political subdivisions affected. 2. Such agreements shall be limited to furnishing or exchange of:

(a)Police services;
(b)Personnel necessary to provide or conduct such services; and
(c)Such other supplies, equipment, facilities, personnel and services as are needed to support such services. 3. The agreements may relate to the terms and conditions of mutual or
