Text
The Research Director: 1. Must have a graduate degree from an accredited college or university and must be knowledgeable in some or all of the following:
(a)Research techniques;
(b)Information sources;
(c)Strategic planning;
(d)Program and personnel management;
(e)Writing and communication techniques;
(f)Governmental organization and functions; and
(g)Budgeting.
2. Shall administer and manage the duties, programs, responsibilities and staff operations of the Research Division.
