Text

1. The members of the Legislative Commission shall meet at such times and at such places as is specified by a call of the Chair or a majority of the Legislative Commission. 2. The Director shall act as the nonvoting recording Secretary of the Legislative Commission. 3. The Legislative Commission shall prescribe rules for its own management and government. 4. Seven members of the Legislative Commission constitute a quorum, and a quorum may exercise all the power and authority conferred on the Legislative Commission. 5. If any regular member of the Legislative Commission informs the Secretary that the member will be unable to attend a scheduled meeting of the Legislative Commission:

(a)The Secretary shall notify the proper alternate member; and
(b)The alternate member may then replace the
