Text

1. The Director shall develop recommendations for the:

(a)Elimination of any requirements to submit obsolete or redundant reports to the Legislature; and
(b)Revision of any requirements for reporting to reduce the frequency or to change the due dates, or any other revision of the requirements deemed appropriate by the Director. 2. In developing the recommendations required pursuant to subsection 1, the Director shall consider:
(a)The length of time the requirement has been in existence and whether the requirement remains relevant;
(b)The ability of the Legislature and the public to obtain the information provided in a report from another source; and
(c)Any other criteria determined by the Director to be appropriate. 3. The Director’s recommendations, if any, must be:
