Text

1. Each Legislator is entitled to receive as compensation $130 per day for each day of service:

(a)During any regular session, for the number of days the Legislature is in that regular session, or in adjournment for not more than 3 days, or the maximum number of days for which compensation for a regular session is permitted by the Constitution, whichever is smaller; and
(b)During any special session, for the number of days the Legislature is in that special session or the maximum number of days for which compensation for a special session is permitted by the Constitution, whichever is smaller. 2. On the first day of each term of a Legislator beginning on or after November 8, 2006, the compensation of the office of the Legislator must be increased by an amount equal to the cumulative perc
