The Director shall, so far as practicable, formulate standards for the uniform application of NRS 217.010 to 217.270, inclusive, by the compensation officers in the determination of the amount of any compensation payable pursuant to NRS 217.010 to 217.270, inclusive. The standards must take into consideration rates and amounts of compensation payable for injuries and death under other laws of this state and of the United States.
