§ 21.340 — Disobedience of master’s orders; contempts

Nevada·Title 2 CIVIL PRACTICE·Ch. 21 Enforcement· PROCEEDINGS SUPPLEMENTARY TO EXECUTION
If any person, party or witness disobey an order of the master, properly made in the proceedings before the master under this chapter, he or she may be punished by the court or judge ordering the reference, for a contempt.
