Text
To carry out the provisions of NRS 209.4231 to 209.4244, inclusive, the Director may contract with persons or private entities that are qualified to evaluate offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders or qualified to administer programs of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders or programs of aftercare.
