Text

1. The Director shall, in conjunction with the Division and with the approval of the Board, establish one or more programs of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders to provide treatment to certain offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders. A program of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders must include, but is not limited to, the requirements set forth in this section. 2. A program of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders established pursuant to subsection 1 must provide an offender with:

(a)Intensive treatment for a substance use or co-occurring disorder;
(b)A clearly defined set of goals;
(c)A clearly defined structure of authority; and
(d)A highly structured schedule that include
