Text

1. “Serious mental illness or other significant mental impairment” means:

(a)A mental, behavioral or emotional disorder that results in serious functional impairment, which substantially interferes with or limits one or more major life activities; or
(b)A diagnosis of an intellectual disability, as defined in NRS 435.007 . 2. The term includes, without limitation, a diagnosis of major depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder or borderline personality disorder.
