1. The prosecuting attorney in any trial brought against a person on a charge of harassment, stalking or aggravated stalking shall inform the alleged victim of the final disposition of the case. 2. If the defendant is found guilty and the court issues an order or provides a condition of the sentence restricting the ability of the defendant to have contact with the victim or witnesses, the clerk of the court shall:
