§ 1A.550 — “Dependent parent” defined

“Dependent parent” means the surviving parent of a deceased member of the Judicial Retirement Plan who was dependent upon the deceased member for at least 50 percent of his or her support for at least 6 months immediately preceding the death of the deceased member.
