§ 1A.540 — “Child” defined

Nevada·Title 1 STATE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT·Ch. 1A Judicial· Benefits for Survivors
“Child” means an unmarried person under 18 years of age who is the issue or legally adopted child of a deceased member of the Judicial Retirement Plan. As used in this section, “issue” means the progeny or biological offspring of the deceased member.
