§ 1A.490 — Disability retirement allowance: Applicability of certain provisions

The provisions of NRS 286.630, 286.634 and 286.637, concerning disability retirement, apply to a member of the Judicial Retirement Plan who is receiving a disability retirement allowance pursuant to NRS 1A.480.
