§ 1A.290 — Termination of membership; rights of justices or judges who have retired

Nevada·Title 1 STATE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT·Ch. 1A Judicial· MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership of a justice of the Supreme Court, a judge of the Court of Appeals or a district judge in the System terminates upon:

(a)The death of the member;
(b)Receipt of retirement allowances by the member of the Judicial Retirement Plan or retirement benefits pursuant to NRS 2.060 to 2.083 , inclusive, 2A.100 to 2A.150 , inclusive, or 3.090 to 3.099 , inclusive; or
(c)Receipt of disability allowances by the member of the Judicial Retirement Plan or disability benefits pursuant to NRS 2.060 to 2.083 , inclusive, 2A.100 to 2A.150 , inclusive, or 3.090 to 3.099 , inclusive. 2. Membership of a justice of the peace or municipal judge in the System terminates upon:
(a)The death of the member;
(b)Receipt of retirement allowances; or
(c)Receipt of disability allowances. 3. A retired jus
