§ 1A.040 — “Disability retirement allowance” defined

“Disability retirement allowance” means monthly payments from the Judicial Retirement Fund paid to persons with disabilities who are retired justices of the Supreme Court, judges of the Court of Appeals, district judges, justices of the peace or municipal judges pursuant to the Judicial Retirement Plan.
