Text

1. If a person is committed to the custody of the Administrator and is subject to the provisions of NRS 178.463 to 178.471 , inclusive, a victim of the person may request the Administrator or the Administrator’s designee to notify the victim of the person’s discharge, conditional release or escape from the custody of the Administrator by submitting to the Administrator:

(a)A written request for notification; and
(b)The current address of the victim. 2. If the Administrator or the Administrator’s designee receives a request for notification pursuant to subsection 1, the Administrator or the Administrator’s designee shall notify the victim if the person committed to the custody of the Administrator:
(a)Will be discharged or conditionally released pursuant to NRS 178.463 to 178.471 , inclu
