Text
If a justice court or municipal court has not established a program pursuant to NRS 176A.280, the justice court or municipal court, as applicable, may, upon approval of the district court, transfer original jurisdiction to the district court of a case involving a defendant who meets the qualifications of subsection 1 of NRS 176A.280.
