Text
Upon the arrest of a person with a communications disability as defined in NRS 50.050, and before any interrogation or the taking of a statement, the peace officer in actual charge of the station, headquarters or other facility to which the person with a communications disability has been brought shall make an interpreter available at public expense to that person in accordance with the provisions of NRS 50.050 to 50.053, inclusive.
