1.A physician, an advanced practice registered nurse, a health care facility or other provider of health care that in good faith accepts an acknowledged power of attorney for health care without actual knowledge that the signature is not genuine may rely upon the presumption that the signature is genuine.
2.A physician, an advanced practice registered nurse, a health care facility or other provider of health care that in good faith accepts an acknowledged power of attorney for health care without actual knowledge that the power of attorney for health care is void, invalid or terminated, or that the purported agent’s authority is void, invalid or terminated, may rely upon the power of attorney for health care as if the power of attorney for health care were genuine, valid and still in eff
