Text
A protected minor or his or her attorney is entitled to receive copies of any accountings relating to any trusts created by or for the benefit of the protected minor. A protected minor may submit any trust to the jurisdiction of a court if:
1.The protected minor, his or her spouse, or both the protected minor and his or her spouse are grantors and sole beneficiaries of the income of the trust; or
2.The trust was created at the discretion of or with the consent of a court.
