1. At the time appointed and if the court finds that due notice of the hearing concerning an agreement has been given, the court shall hear a petition filed pursuant to NRS 159A.1653 and any objection to the petition that is filed or presented. 2. After the hearing, if the court is satisfied that the agreement will be to the advantage of the estate of the protected minor, the court:
