Text

1. Petitions to secure court approval of any lease:

(a)Must include the parcel number assigned to the property to be leased and the physical address of the property, if any; and
(b)Must set forth the proposed fixed rental, the duration of the lease and a brief description of the duties of the proposed lessor and lessee. 2. Upon the hearing of a petition pursuant to subsection 1, if the court is satisfied that the lease is for the best interests of the protected minor and the estate of the protected minor, the court shall enter an order authorizing the guardian to enter into the lease.
