Text
The court may authorize the guardian to enter into a written contract with one or more licensed real estate brokers to secure a lessee of the protected minor’s property, which contract may provide for the payment of a commission, not exceeding 5 percent of the fixed rental for the first 2 years, to be paid out of the proceeds of any such lease.
